Your effort travels with you. Points sit on the character as Guild Value. The guild level is the sum of all members.
!guildvalue.Below level 8 you do not score. Bonuses start at level 8. Value stays on the character.
The hunt has one pile of Guild Value, sized from how much life the foe could hold: pile = max health / 100 (at least 25, at most 400). A named raid never pays less than its stature in this climate (Orshabaal, Ferumbras, Morgaroth, Ghazbaran, POI uniques, pharaohs, pirate lords…).
When it falls, the pile is split by who actually hurt it:
Examples of the pile (health / 100): Ferumbras 280, Orshabaal 225. A harder body pays more. Bring a guild that can hold the floor — the one who bleeds the beast most, takes the largest share.
